Be the DD and WIn! Prize Posse hits the streets regularly in downtown Ventura and Thousand Oaks.
Want to join them? We're seeking volunteers to be members of the "Be the DD and Win" Prize Posse.
We’re looking for outgoing males and females (ages 18-30) for members of the Prize Posse. Teams will travel to several downtown Ventura and Thousand Oaks nightlife establishments on several scheduled nights to interact with the crowds and give away prizes. The “Be the DD” campaign has been a huge success, and we need you to continue making it happen.
- This is a volunteer opportunity
- Must be over 18 and be able to provide valid ID (ages 18-20 will participate in street events only)
- Participants will be required to follow a code of behavior for the events
- The organization will supply shirts for the participants, who will wear them with their own black "upscale nightclub" appropriate attire
- Must be comfortable working with the public, getting crowds pumped up, giving out merchandise, using incentives and promotional items, being friendly, and managing time
- Time commitment for each date is 8:30pm - 1:30am
