Straight Up Ventura County is partnering with Decadent Images of Ventura for a fun afternoon event! Drop by and have a high-quality photo portrait taken -- and the proceeds will benefit Straight Up Ventura County. One photo is only $10 -- and you can use it for a Facebook profile image, a job portrait -- anything! You will receive the portrait in electronic form via email. We will also be answering questions or concerns about the use and safety of social networking sites. We can also help you to get started with a profile on Facebook! Portraits with friends or pets are welcome also! Come by to historic downtown Ventura, have fun, and support a cause!

Leadership Summit

38 teens in Ventura gathered for a Leadership Summit to explore social issues and discuss their ideas for possible solutions for reducing underage and binge drinking and impaired driving in their community. Activities included improv games and social change theatre exploration, videomaking, writing, and discussion.

Magic at the Dudley House
A Benefit for Straight Up Ventura County

at the Dudley House
A night of magic as three amazing magicians perform three different shows in the beautiful and historic Victorian house and museum, the Dudley House. Proceeds from this night will benefit Straight Up Ventura County. Starring David Jockisch, Shawn McMaster, Jim Kasmir and his amazing flea circus.
