Documentaries
Access and Excess
This production takes a realistic look at the current problems of underage and binge drinking in Ventura County and the factors in the local community -- attitudes and norms, access and availability, media messages, and policies -- that accept, allow and encourage these dangerous behaviors. Suggestions to help reduce the problems are targeted to parents, youth and community members.
Technicolor Corporation, located in Camarillo, donated the duplication of 1000 copies of this important DVD, making it free to schools, libraries, parent groups and community organizations throughout the County.

PSAs from the Leadership Summit, 2009
Straight Up presents short videos and public service announcements that were created in a day during a Ventura County school Teen Leadership Summit. Thirty eight teens participated in this summit in May 2009 to explore social issues and discuss their ideas for possible solutions for reducing underage and binge drinking and impaired driving in their community.
