This production takes a realistic look at the current problems of underage and binge drinking in Ventura County and the factors in the local community -- attitudes and norms, access and availability, media messages, and policies -- that accept, allow and encourage these dangerous behaviors. Suggestions to help reduce the problems are targeted to parents, youth and community members.

Thirty eight teens participated in this summit in May 2009 to explore social issues and discuss their ideas for possible solutions for reducing underage and binge drinking and impaired driving in their community.
